This preparation is necessary in advance: Take 10 grams of raw cumin, 10 grams of thick fennel, 10 grams of celery, 10 grams of cinnamon and 10 grams of coriander and keep them coarsely ground. After bringing the big bun and the root of Punarnava from the grocer, grind both the herbs into a fine powder and keep them in separate vials. Take a loaf of Kulthi dal from the market and keep it.
Preparation 3 days in advance: To detox liver and kidney, preparation should be done 3 days in advance and for 3 days only fruit should be eaten by shunning food. If the stomach is not filled with fruits, then milk can be consumed. There should be a gap of at least one and a half hours between consuming milk and fruits. Keep in mind that under no circumstances should you take lentils, rice, vegetable roti. You can consume all types of fruits available in fruits according to their taste and physical need. Keep in mind that only one type of fruit should be consumed at a time. You can have fruit many times a day.
Start of detox: After fasting after consuming 3 days of fruit diet, on the fourth day in the morning, put the powder made of 5 things with cumin and coriander to boil in eight glasses of water and let it boil on low flame. When the water becomes half burnt, filter it and keep it in a vessel. Now mix 10 grams of Punarnava powder and 150 milliliters of this hot decoction with two teaspoons of honey and drink it on an empty stomach like tea. Do not eat anything after 2 hours. Two or three thin, foul-smelling stools will come, which is not to be panic. In between, you can drink lukewarm water or lukewarm water by adding honey, at around 11:00 pm, instead of cooker, squeeze lemon in 100 grams of Kulthi lentils cooked in the cooker and drink this lentils thin by adding only rock salt. After drinking lentils, take 10 grams powder of big bun with a glass of water, after that do not eat anything till evening. If you are thirsty, you can drink lemon, two spoons of honey and a glass of lukewarm water several times a day. Urinating several times a day and accompanied by foul-smelling foul-smelling gas or belching, greasy diarrhea may occur. This will neither cause weakness nor will there be any other problem, but the body will feel light. At 4:00 pm, again take hot decoction and 10 grams powder of Punarnava and do the same experiment again. And at 6:00 pm again after eating 100 grams of Kulthi's pulse, take 10 grams of big bun powder. The juice of the fruits of the season or a full papaya can be eaten lukewarm during the day. Guava can also be consumed by extracting the seeds. The pulp of fresh bael fruit without sugar can also be taken by making syrup in lukewarm water. Apart from this, do not take any other food item. Papaya can be consumed at night if you feel hungry.
Do this on the second day: On the second day, on an empty stomach in the morning and before going to bed, half a teaspoon of Punarnava powder with a glass of hot decoction mixed with two teaspoons of honey should be drunk. After 1 hour of drinking the decoction, take a light breakfast or add three parts moong dal and one part rice and eat khichdi without spices, you can also consume green vegetables and chapati. Take 10 grams decoction of Gokhru with water after eating food in the afternoon and at night.
Important Caution: This 5-day resolution work of detox should be done with full devotion and faith. Drink plenty of water in 5 days. But completely abstain from tea coffee cold drink alcohol pan masala bidi tobacco cigarette junk food fast food. Normally this remedy is safe and does not cause any other problem but if you are suffering from any serious illness.
